Executive Chef, Rachanee Teipen

Using local ingredients to connect diners to Indiana’s agriculture, Chef Rachanee’s cuisine is innovative yet familiar. A graduate of the Cooking & Hospitality Institute of Chicago with a degree in Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts, she is a five-time International CATIE award-winner. Rachanee is currently a member of the International Caterers Association Culinary Council Steering Committee and the American Culinary Federation Greater Indianapolis Chapter. Since 2012 she’s been a fundamental speaker at the Art of Catering Food and Catersource.
